We originally provided operations and maintenance service to the client, however PPM did such an excellent job that we were asked to expand the services provided to construction and major critical-path outage services for the utility shutdowns themselves.
As of the time of this case study, PPM is working through its 3rd consecutive multi-year contract cycle with this client.
For six consecutive outage seasons, each outage project PPM has performed has been delivered within budget and within schedule. PPM provided over 3 million man-hours of service without a single OSHA Lost Time Accident.
