Driven by a desire to make PPM the industry’s employer and contractor of choice, Stacy and the HR team work hard to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Together they formulate forward-thinking plans and policies that help achieve overall corporate objectives. The HR team understands that for PPM to remain a leader, it must continue to place a premium on employee safety, training, development, and integrity.

Stacy has over 25 years of HR and HR operations experience within varying industrial markets supporting capital, maintenance, and grassroots projects. Utilizing an “operations driven” focus, her career in building processes features consistently successful project outcomes with outstanding safety, quality, and performance indicators.

Stacy is recognized in the industry as an expert on the strategic development of a skilled worker talent pool. She has spoken on this subject matter at numerous national and regional forums, sharing her insight into the most effective workforce development tactics.

In her free time, Stacy and her husband enjoy watching college football, fishing, kayaking, gardening, cooking, and home renovation projects.
